Missed Tsukiji Market but with so short time in Tokyo I can't really be "sad" - but more black food!! Here you find different versions of Uni-Man!

I went to Lotteria for a quick break once but there was no Tsuke-pote available. That is "dipped" fries. On Jan 9, 2014, Lotteria will sell these yummi fries with chocolate sauce for dipping.

But Wonderful News!! "Washoku" - traditional Japanese cuisine  is now a UNESCO approved cultural heritage!
